I'll Take It!!

Ok, I think I am going to be able to post now. I lost my past posts, but it seems like I am now able to post again. I wish I knew more about technology, but...oh well!
I had a really fun trip this summer to the great state of Oklahoma. If there are any of you who are from Oklahoma I'd love to hear from you! We visited the city of Stillwater where OSU is located. My kids had so much fun. My little boy was in heaven catching frogs out in the yard, and fireflies at night! Swimming pools, family, frogs, and a little trip down part of Route 66.

I am really glad we could have such a fun time, and I am so ready to get back into the studio and work! I was able to finish the quilt I was making for my friend. I am thinking of trying to get it published. I would love to write a pattern for it and try my hand in that. If anyone has any suggestions or advice I would love to hear it. I am quite a newbie at this sort of stuff.
I made myself promise I would finish two of the quilts I was working on before I start the process of trying to get published. I just finished one of them today...one more and then I will be starting the publishing project!

Technical Difficulties

Well, I am kind of disappointed because I can't seem to figure out the problem with my blog. I have been trying to post and it has deleted all but 2 of my posts. I decided I had better just get going on it again and sacrifice the previous posts. :(
I have been busy at work in my shop!

I have a lot of new patterns so go check it out here and here!
We have been busy with summer festivities, I hope you are too!

Ouch!

I am sorry it has been so long since I have posted...it seems like there is always a lot going on! We just finished up a wonderful family reunion. The next day my husband had a sore throat...he went in and it was strep. Bummer. That evening I was trying to make him some dinner, I was cutting a bagel for him...with a sharp knife...it was frozen...yes, just what you are thinking happened. The bagel popped apart and the knife landed on my finger. I went in to the doctor, and after jokes about how we were keeping our doctor in business I got 4 stitches in my pointer finger. I then got a tetnis shot. Another Ouch! It hasn't kept me from making new patterns though. Here is my latest... I love it. I think it is so sweet!
I am hoping to get a lot more up this month...I have a very large goal, 20. I know that is not going to happen, but I am hoping to get as close to that number as possible!
I hope everyone had a great 4th of July. I love the 4th. I love our country. I love all that our founding fathers envisioned for us. God Bless America!
